The wife and I drive over any hour from our house to get a pizza. We get to godfathers at 7:30pm. There's a long line and of... course I'm going to wait because I love godfathers pizza. I get to the front of the line around 8pm. Just so the rude lady insubway can tell me " They closed!" Then I replied," it says that they're open till 10pm." Ordered a pizza online. Got there to pick it up and they hadn't seen the order. So ask them to make it while I waited. 45 mins... later I walked out the door. Not the first time I have had a problem with this location. Read more
First, I waited in line for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the lady making pizzas. Then, when she took my order,... she was rude and acted like she didn't appreciate my business. She didn't inform me of how long it would take to prepare myorder. I had a good experience at this store, but this was awful. I will not return. Read more
The shift leader was the only person on duty. I tried calling ahead to place an order and no one answered. I was 45 minutes out... and had to go to the area. So i stopped by and waited in line like everyone else then she said i am going on break. Hold up... Iwas here before some other people so i found the manager and he looked to see my call was not answered. So she relented and saidyou didn't have to tell on me. Needless to say my order was made and she took her break. During rush hour why is she the onlyone who knows how to run that part when there are three Subway workers not doing anything? This is a failure of management. IFand big IF i come again and get treated the same, i am raising cane because i thought customer service came first. How is thisacceptable? I ordered 2 pizza?s online at 6:37 and was given a confirmation and it would be ready at 7:07 for carry out. My husband arrived... to pick up, there was no customers in line, he stood and waited, someone ask him if he had been helped, he said he had an orderfor pickup. She asked if it was an online order and he said yes. She advised that she hadn?t even looked at it yet, and it wouldbe another 30-35 min, that there were other people in front of him. I love Godfather's Pizza. This location gives the corporate reputation a black eye. The employees all work mixed with a Chester... Chicken and Subway. No one takes ownership for effective work or product. Ordered online 30 minutes before arrival. They neverlooked or saw the order. After getting here, I waited another 30 minutes to get my order. Again, no apology or concern. I willnot return. I drove 30 minutes to get a Godfather product but never again. Read more
I quickly remembered tonight why we stopped using Godfather's pizza inside the Loves Truck Stop .. I ordered pizza online at... 5:50. Got my confirmation email and everything that told me my pizza would be ready at 6:20. I arrived at 6:23 for them to tellmy they "just got my pizza order 5 minutes ago"... This is the most ridiculous, unorganized, unprofessional, place I know. Iwill continue to use Flying J's for pizza!! (At least they aren't as expensive, and bigger too!) Read more
I actually didn't go here, but Gofather pizza is first rate. Only problem is I like it too much!
