Worst cake I've ever ordered. Writing looks like a 5 year old wrote it and the cake is unleveled. Very unprofessional and... inappropriate for an establishment to sell a cake with such a poor quality. This cake is worth $30!! Good thing we had a $20 gift card from them messing up on another cake we ordered previously. This is the 2nd time we had bad experience with coldstone. Went inside the store there were 2 girls working. Neither one greeted me which is fine but the look on their faces were like I... walked in and inconvenienced them. I was waiting to order ice cream then finally one girl walked over and just stood thereplaying and tapping the scoopers while I?m standing in front of her, after a few awkward seconds I broke the silence andordered, the portion for the ?like it? size was underwhelming it didn?t even go to the top, the price I paid for this wholeexperience was disappointing maybe if there was a minuscule amount of effort put into the less than 5 minutes I was there Imight have given a 2 star rating. Got here at 6. Door was locked even though they don?t close until 7. There was no note so it?s clear they just want people to go... away. Went through the drive thru and they said they could help me. Ordered 2 mediums and one of them was a Peeps ice cream. Guywas very short with me. Gave me 2 different portion sizes. One was the right flavor but the Peeps one was some nasty coffeeflavor that was dripping all over my car. When I asked him after he gave it to me if it was Peeps he said yes. I know I?m notcrazy leaving this review because of all the other people experiencing similar things here. If you?re short staffed, take thetime to get orders right, and still be polite. I?d be more than happy to pay full price and wait a little longer for the correctitem I ordered. It's 6:30 on a Friday night and they had zero customers with 2-3 people working. As I'm standing with my 6yr old teaching her... about all the flavors and toppings a girl is standing there listening to everything we're talking about. Never once does shethink to say they're closed 2 1/2 hrs earlier than it says online. Just lets me get my daughter excited and waits for anotheremployee to come tell us. Stop at this cold stone creamery from out of town. Got a like it banana ice cream with yellow cake. Ice cream has chunks in it.... Yellow cake tastes old. Didn?t realize this was connected to a bakery. I walked in, lady at bakery had her head down. Walked bythe ice cream where there was a white male and Asian male making an ice cream order. Neither acknowledged me. I stood therewaiting when the lady from the bakery asked the guys if they would help me. The Asian male walked to the counter and stilldidn?t ask how he could help me. I just started giving my order. He finished it and threw it on the counter and told me theprice. I have never felt discriminated against u til now as a young black woman. Michigan get it together!
