I ordered a pizza for delivery when I opened the box it looked like it was under a heat lamp for the last 2 hours dry and hard!
Absolutely GARBAGE customer service!! I tried multiple times to order in the app and it kept saying I had to call. The attempts... were showing up on my bank account as pending so I called the bank to see what was going on and they said they were approvingthe charge but dominos was sending it back. So i called the store for assistance. The person I spoke with said I had to eitherorder over the phone (which I wouldn?t earn points on my dominos account for) or I had to use another card. I asked to speak tothe manager to see if they would be willing to assist me and the person on the phone said they were the manager. COMPLETELYunwilling to help whatsoever. I would rather order from a different location than ever give this location another dollar. Not tomention, they had me on hold for 5 minutes immediately when I called and then came back on the phone for a second and said tohold longer. 10 minutes on hold?? Ridiculous Read more
The homie Cesar, the manager, is always helpful, kind, it seems like a good boss as well. Viv Aldo & Hector are great too.
The pizza is always really good. Could have a little more toppings so the entire pizza gets something on it. As for the chicken... wings, way too wet with the sauce and the meat is not cooked enough. Very fatty chicken skin not cooked enough is not a pleasanttaste or texture in your mouth. Second time trying the wings. Will not purchase them again. But no where else makes a thincrust pizza better than Domino's. Read more
This store must be desperate for help as they hire disrespecting managers on night shift that call you "Dude" and blame you when... they send the wrong order. Then he accuses customers of wanting to get free food. I didn't want free food, just what I ordered. So hopefully a district manager sees this review and helps the staff understand what customer service means. Read more
I used the app to order one medium pizza. The order was supposed to be ready at 4:45. When I went into the store at 5:05, they... hadn?t even begun to make it yet. The woman was extremely rude and yelled that it would be 10 more minutes. What is the point ofusing the app, if the employees here can?t even read the orders coming in on the app and make the pizzas ordered online. Thislocation needs to get their act together. Read more
2nd time I've been here for curbside pick up and no one came to my cat. Both times I had to go in and inquire about my order.... Both times the pizza tracker in my app sat at prepping order and never progressed. The plus side, the pizza is good and the$5.99 special makes it affordable. The staff is very busy...but friendly once you get their attention. Since my order was late,The app sent me a coupon for a free pizza. Called the store check on the status of the order but Caesar, the manager, was too busy laughing at something his coworkers said... to him while on the line. What a great way to tarnish one of the top pizza chains reputations. Read more
