First time here on a recommendation, and pizza was excellent, but the young guy putting our toppings on wasn't very friendly,... and kinda got huffy when I asked for extra sauce. This was kinda cobfussing, cause its a build your own custom pizza place, sohe shouldn't cop an attitude for putting toppings on. I asked very nicely too, and we ended up tipping a good chunk of changetoo. When we went to the counter get dipping sauces, the girl behind the counter was very nice & provided excellent customerservice. I would come again. If we experience rude service again getting toppings, I wouldn't return. There are plenty of othergreat pizza joints we like that offer great service. Read more
This is a great concept and great food. Getting the right amount of toppings onto the pizza can be a challenge but I add so much... stuff that it?s ok to be skimpy on each. I came in just before closing and they were still very nice and made my pizza how theyalways do. I like the sodas they have in bottles. I have never seen the brand in stores but they are really good. I used to come to this place more often when I lived nearby. Yesterday was my first visit after a while. I was greeted as I... walked in and started on my order. The guy was helping me wasn't that familiar with all the items since he had to repeatedly asanother person where different items were. I finished my order and went to the bathroom to wash my hand and I noticed therestroom was not clean. The floor was dirty and there were dust on top of all fixtures and the paper towel dispenser wasn'toperating right. I tried to get a coke from the self service machine and it was not working either. I asked someone to fix itbut they didn't do anything about it. I asked the second time and they just said they are out and put a hand written sign on it.Other drinks they offered was almost empty as well. They had coke bottles in their fridge but they didn't offer those to replacemy drink. These are signs of poor management and lack of supervision and possibly financial hardship. Read more
MOD pizza is delicious, so many ingredients to choose from and you can have as many as you want on your pizza with no increase... in cost. Staff is always friendly, ingredients high quality, and pizza comes out fast. Not to mention it'll cost you around $10,which is hard to find in the Seacliff center. The best value around. They have plenty of space too to accommodate large groups.Highly recommended! Read more
I kept seeing MOD Pizza since moving to California so I finally decided to give it a try. I?m not a huge pizza lover, but MOD... Pizza is definitely one of my go to?s now. The pizza was fantastic. The breadsticks were okay. All the staff were very friendlyand the location was safely practicing social distancing. I will be back! Read more
