This is the feedback I gave the company through the Sliced app they use: My order was wrong. The staff didn?t follow the... placement of the toppings (halves). I also ordered extra ranch and was not given it. When I asked if I had ordered it (in a verynonchalant way), I was told no, but upon looking back at my order, I did pay extra for it. I also feel the antipasto salad wassub-par. There were about four pieces of ham and 3 pepperonis placed on top; is that the norm? I?d say the inconsistency andpoor experience was due to a staff who cares little about what they are doing. They seemed to be not invested; perhaps morale orhiring needs to be evaluated. Great location for me and very nice and friendly employes.
One of the best pizza places in HB. I stop in about once a week, to get either a large pizza or the 12 piece garlic bread. We waited outside the door for over 30 minutes for our order after being told it would only take 20 minutes. When I finally got... frustrated from waiting I walked in and asked about my order. Only to find out it had been sitting on their shelf "waiting" forme. When I asked the worker at the front whybhe hadn't told me, he said "I called your name twice." I responded saying, "Wellclearly I didn't hear you! You couldn't walk 10 feet and tell me it was ready!?" With so many other options for pizza, it isunlikely I will return nor recommend your business from now on. Read more
Whata Lotta pizza- a staple in HB for 20 years plus. It is not the best pizza around, but it?s above average in quality.. and... the price is right. Not very expensive at all. 3 people can order 2 larges with lots of toppings for under $30. Tasty stuff Notgreat reheated tho. But fine cold. I also recommend the boneless wings. Didn't even get to order. Called one that's was whole 2 1/2 miles away. And I was told to call a closer location. Well that... location was closed. So it being so close to me. I called the other store back and asked to order and was flat out told me no..I'm like. What a piece of $h1t establishment.
