I love this place, actually I love all Arby's! You always get great food. The location was clean and the staff was friendly!
I've been to location a couple times only for the crinkled ???? and strawberry lemonade and normally they never ask for a name... and of on the rare chance they do i give then my preferred name since i am a transman. Today however i went with my littlebrother and the cashier didn't ask for my name and instead decided to look at my credit card and put the name she saw on thecard as the name for the order (my card is still in my dead name btw) . I didn't relaized what happened until she handed me thereceipt once I saw this I became super uncomfortable and didn't even want my order anymore because I just felt so disrespectedand just wanted to leave but my brother really wanted his fries so I waited. When the person said my dead name I've nevercringed so hard in my life, i took the fries and left as quicklyas i possible could. I really don't think I'll be back at thislocation anytime soon. I recently tried the new chicken sandwich. It was okay. The chicken wasn't freshly cooked. I didn't know the sandwich was made... with two chicken strips. Business closes lobby 15-20 mins early on the regular. Read more
I have always been a fan of Arby's! I love the fact that there's one not so far from my residence. Although I don't eat there... too often, it's great to know where to go for a different type of fast food menu. Finally, this location has always had greatcustomer service and a clean environment. Incompetencey is always expected, however not only did she repeat my order to my but my receipt also said no cheese, (theirs... gives you stomach issues for DAYS), use your own, but IT WAS CLEARLY ON THE RECEIPT! I caught a bus home with zero time tore-check. What do you know, home, beverages in hand with remote...cheese oozing off of both of my roast beef sandwiches. 3rdtime this has happened!!!!! Read more
