The customer service here just continues to get worse. They charge for the simplest of things and the portion sizes have gotten... smaller. Whenever you ask a question they have the nastiest attitudes. The food quality is not bad but I dont think I?ll becoming back here until something changes. Went to QDoba in Hyattsville MD while visiting family. Always go here when I'm in town. Pulled pork tacos are always... flavorful. Tomato salsa is fresh and delicious. Employees do rush you through the line, but we take our time. Love their food! Read more
Wow, I just want to detail my experience to this store. I was picking up an order and would like to use their restroom. I saw an... African American guy who just came out of the restroom and when I tried to get in, the restroom has a code. I went to ask thelady who work there and then she ask her manager, the short little guy, who I taught is the boss. He looks at me and said "NO"with an angry face and tone. I told him that I am a customer, will pick up an order and I just need to use the restroom,however, he just insisted saying, "NO" with an angry face and tone. The worker who asked him was also shocked of his behavior. She did not expect that response from him as well. What an experience, I was shocked, really shocked. He probably taught I am aMexican guy like him who he can bully. But even though he should not be saying "NO" with an angry face and tone like that. Idid not use "his" restroom anyway. Never will I be going to that QDOBA Mexican Easts AGAIN in Hyattsville, MD. I grab my orderand left the restaurant with a heavy heart of what just happened. This place, I hate giving it a bad review but it's just not the same anymore (and it's not because of covid trust me, this place... went bad wayyyy before covid!) I hate going into this place and the people there make you feel as if you are asking for freefood, they are RUDE ! You ask for something and they catch a whole attitude. Ex ; I love the nacho bowl - chips on the side Idon't like them all soggy by the time I get to the food, so I always ask for the rice, exc... first & the person always servingthat first few things goes "but that's not how we serve it" I'm aware but that's how I like it, they also make it seem likeserving what you ask for isnt what should be on the bowl, i mean im paying for it ! Another great example would be when you goin for breakfast, i always ask for corn, lettuce, pico de gallo and habanero. They always tell me but that doesn't go in abreakfast burrito its for lunch, i say if you have to charge me more go ahead you havw it out i want it, I've had multipledisagreements with these people. When this qdoba first opened it had staff that was very welcoming, and made your visit pleasantover the years honestly I've only gone because it's the only one around the area that's close. The ladies there don't clean, onmy last visit little less than a week ago it was dirty ! As if they were so busy they couldn't clean. They had 4 people outsidein the surving line working and when I sat down to eat 3 more came out of an office and mind you when I walked in it wasn't busyAT ALL. People came by and sat down no one every cleaned after those people left. Honestly this qdoba might not last that long.Before that place used to be full of happy customers on Wednesdays-Saturdays it was the busiest there. Now it's sad to see itsalmost always empty there now. I honestly do hope they improve on the employees, I do service myself as a job and I neverrespond to my customers the way these employees do. I love Qdoba in general but this store was just extra good because the employees were so nice
Save yourself the time and money unless you?re a student nearby. The convenience and price don?t justify the dismally poor... service anymore. Every time I come there?s an item missing from my order and the employees unashamedly talk about you right infront of you. I give up, figured I?d save someone else the frustration. Read more
