This place is hit-or-miss as far as quality. Some days the food is ok, other days your burrito can be a soggy cold mess.

Went in and of the 3 people I saw working, only the 1 woman was actually putting a food order together. Asked the guy what was... going on because everyone was walking out and he said they aren't serving walk ins as they are short staffed. Why have yourdoors open? Why not put up a notice? Read more
As with pretty much every Chipotle I?ve been to this one is inconsistent in its service. It?s not the worst but could be better.... We always order online and pickup. I just received my pick up order, I was in a rush and I was hungry. The first error that I noticed was white rice instead of... brown. As I'm eating, I noticed that they also only put chicken and rice in the burrito... I didn't get any steak, guacamole,beans, tomato, sour cream and cheese. And I paid for that. Lady on the phone said that if we gonna come back, they can remakeit, but I didn't have time for that. I was planning to pick up the food and continue my schedule. They have an special pickup area with a special employee and kitchen just for the online orders. I like it but what can they... improved a little be can be on the customer service since I have been here several times but the employee keep being rude whenwe ask question and doesn?t looks friendly. The service was decent. I generally like the bowl with double meat and extra cilantro. Barbacoa and steak or barbacoa and... pork. Guacamole for some avacado etc. The tea is usually unsweetened which is good. The bowl is better for gluten intolerant. For lectin sensitive , skip the tomato salsa's and beans . I would also skip the corn due to GMO and glyphosate spraying issue. The queso is good if cow milk / milk lectins doesn't bother you. The chips I believe are also corn so similar issues here. The quality of this chipotle has been going downhill for months. The food is always cold and tastes so bland. Really... disappointed because I've been going to this one for a little under 10 years maybe. I'm not sure if there's a new chef, butplease start seasoning your food! Read more
