Arrived at this location at 1200am today and waited in the drive through for 10min before realizing the 2 employees inside were... not going to take my order or the several other cars waiting with me. This location does not close until 0100am but theemployees inside were cleaning up to go home wasting everyone?s time which is the only reason I am writing this review. If youare going to close early, post a sign so people don?t not waste their time and know to move on. Read more
I ordered through website for pick up. They told us someone already picked it up and contact the doordash. I told the cashier 4... times that we didn't order from doordash and we did through your website. She kept yelling us. We didn't get the order, wastemoney and waste my time as well. I'm gonna contact the credit card company. I even tried to contact though taco website andsubmit the problem but kept saying the page doesn't exit after I submitted. This is just WORST restaurant we have EVER ordered our food. We are non-beef eating vegetarians and the lady switched the black... bean modified tacos with beef. Plus out of the $28 bill $7 my cravings box was PURPOSEFULLY OMITTED !!!! There is a limit to mugpeople like this and that too n the middle of the night. Ordered on the app with customized burritos (literally just ?no cheese? was the customization). It took a half hour for them to... prepare my food, and they still screwed it up and put EXTRA melted cheese in the burritos. Dude I was so hungry and sodisappointed. A beautifully designed restaurant with indoor and outdoor covered areas for seating. The soda fountains allow for multiple free... refills! Quick service and kind staff helped perfect my order on the first try. I waited a while for this location to open, andI'm glad its finally here! Read more
This Taco Bell looks a brand new. Interior is very nice and modern. Taking out food was good with the right temperature and... taste. Two lanes for the drive-through, and its parking lots is easy to access. However, it would be a little bit better if itsstaffs are friendlier like their very nice atmosphere and stylish interior. New location, definitely new staff. Hopefully they are able to quickly train. They are very friendly and are trying their... best. However, the two stars isn't for the staff. It's for the fact that on the website and app, it's listed as two drivethroughs (one of which is supposed to be priority express lane for mobile orders). But as you can see from the pictures, thelane is purposefully blocked off by cones, despite the sign stating two drive through lanes. It appears that it's being marketedbut not utilized. Was very excited for the fact that we could have an express lane and this is quite disheartening... Read more
Came here within an hour of closing and was promptly told the store had no food to sell us. I'm pretty sure that they don't keep... stores open for employees to sit there and collect money while they have no food to serve customers.... I hope taco bellcorporate checks this place out, I'm not the only one leaving a poor review. Read more
