Ordered takeout over the phone. The woman on the phone was really nice and helpful! Picked up our order 40 mins later and it was... ready to go, but when we got home we noticed that there were no condiments or utensils which she had asked us if we wanted, andalso they had completely forgotten 3 of the sides on all 3 main dishes?. so disappointing! I called asking about it but theydidn?t seem to care and didn?t offer any type of explanation or solution. The food and service from the person who took ourorder and checked us out was good, but the missing food items and the last phone interaction I had with them was really a letdown. I know they haven?t been open very long at this location so hopefully they improve soon! I?ve never had any issues withtheir other locations before. Would recommend for dine-in as you could get any missing items brought out to you if necessary. I had pancakes with a side of eggs and bacon. It was delicious but I had to take one pancake home since they were so thick. I?m staying in a house around the corner, so I walked down and made an order to go. The expected wait was 20 minutes so I went... home and came back. When I returned the food was not ready and then they said 10 more minutes, then 10 more minutes, then 10more minutes so I ended up standing there for 30 minutes. Eggs ???? and potatoes ???? were great, bacon ???? a little more saltythan I?m accustomed to. The English muffin does not appear to be buttered and no condiments were included or offered.
