My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary and everything was spectacular! Generous portions and bold, unique flavors.... First time trying Sappire Restaurant. I read the reviews and many reviewers gave Five stars. So i expected FIVE STAR food and... service. The server knew her menu and ingredients. Impressive! The vegetable bowl of soup was very delicious. The could of usedcrushed white or black pepper. My fault I should of requested the seasoning. Other than that seasoning the soup was very good.We also ordered Duck meatballs. They were average and needed less sodium in the sauce/gravy. The bowl was so full of gravy themeatballs were lost. Pork and schnitzel needed some seasoning. It was bland and a little dry. It had very little sauce on onepart of the pork, what sauce I had was very tasty. The pork serving was huge, which I liked. Roasted vegetables were very tasty.My $4.50 lemonade was full of ice and a common drink with out any refills. Maybe I am expecting too much.? Fresh squeezelemonade no refills. This wasn't a special drink. Refills on water was offered when were just about to leave. Overall, I likedthe decor, obedience, and the elegance of the restaurant. The food was good , big portions and prices. We chose the "Schnitzel" and would've loved some more sauce on the Mushrooms and... Spätzle. The BLT was to my partners liking. He said the Bacon was perfect. As dessert we had the Meyer Lemone Creme Brulee itwas really good. The service was a little in the slower side since our waiter had a lot of tables to serve. I had the chef's speciality cocktail and manager special beef stroganoff. Both were very good but maybe a bit overwhelming if... that makes any sense. Prices have a wide range. The ambiance was really nice with the outdoor seating and all the fire pits andheaters. The server was nice and everything was clean. I would go back. Read more

Really enjoyed Sapphire. Pretty views, very good service and the food was nice. Husband had the Wagu Burger and fries. It was... tasty and cooked just right. I had the steak salad and it was very nice. The wine dressing wasn’t my favorite, but the saladwas delicious. We will return here on our next trip to Laguna. Really enjoyed it. Read more
