Hands down one of the greatest dining experiences in Laguna Niguel. It can get very busy there so reservations are recommended... or get there early. The staff are all amazing and are very attentive and we?ve never been led astray by any recommendations. Iam very picky about the sushi I eat and Muse checks all the boxes for me. When a head chef understood the... situation, he said, ?Oh, I thought you had come back to give more tip.? This is unacceptable behavior. Highly recommend Muse Sushi! It is my new favorite sushi place. The quality is incredible and the staff is so friendly. I love... the Muse's sashimi set. The sashimi is so fresh it practically melts in your mouth. My favorite roll is the Kicker Roll. And donot forget to ask for a side of wasabi ginger! I also recommend trying the Echigo beer.
