I didn?t like the experience. My interaction with computer screen. And he forgot my cookie. I had remind the little boy after he... was making someone else?s sandwich. My sandwich was ok. My cookie wasn?t fresh. It tasted a day old. Worst subway ever and Ibeen to five states with other subways. Read more

Ordered online through Postmates software on Subway website and when I went to pick up and told them my last name they said they... didn't have an order under that name and sent me to another nearby Subway. That store had no online orders so they called theoriginal store and found out that store DID have my order but under my first name. At the first store they never asked me if theorder could be under a different name, just sent me off to the other store. And they only had one online order at the time.Frustrating and careless on Subway's part. Good sandwhiches but next time I order online I will know better. Read more

They were friendly employees, they food was great. Really don't like having to order at a kiosk when the employees are right in... front of me though. Read more

Terrible experience ordering on the kiosk tablet thingy. 5 workers behind the counter doing nothing, but I have to order through... a tablet that makes no sense at all. Read more

Ordering at a subway without seeing your sandwich being made is wrong. Kiosk style is a bad fit for subway. And even with the... kiosk order it was still made wrong. The dining room was full of half used supplies and just not clean. No care for the customerat all. Give it a pass and go somewhere else. Read more

This location uses a kiosk ordering system. Limits the customization you can do, it's like using Subway's poor online ordering... system while you are present. Yet, the employee is still building these sandwiches right by you. If they aren't busy you can askfor things but now it's awkward. They have covered the veggie bar with opaque advertising so you can't see the prep surface andfood anymore. I'll never come back to this location. Read more

What a sad, disappointing experience. We were greeted at the door by a sign telling us they were out of turkey and ham. The... staff added rotisserie chicken to that list. As others have pointed out, the kiosk system is a dystopian nightmare. We had tododge so many screens pushing chips, drinks, and other accoutrements that we didn't notice missing options to add mayo, mustard,or oil & vinegar. The sandwiches were worse than the ordering process. Smaller than they used to be (bread was 1 mm thick). Bread was stale. Got about eight shreds of lettuce and five olives on a 6-inch sandwich. The owner should be run out of town. You'll find a better sandwich in the vending machine at a Greyhound station. Even Jared is embarrassed by this place. Read more

Hey Subway owner or Corporate bean counter.. The kiosk blows.. Yea, a 5 year old would love the touch screen and order all kinds... of sandwiches to your pleasure.. I walked in to get a 6 inch, started down the screen rabbit hole, then walked out. Went nextdoor to a person and was served immediately. Well played guys, not coming here anymore, or any other subway that doesn't have ahuman to interact with. Support local. ???????? Read more
