I went through the drive thru 11/18/22 around 4pm after noticing that I had finally accumulated enough points to get a cup... (woohoo) but as I was about to pull into the parking spot I noticed that my daughter was about to fall asleep. I tried checkingon the app to see what was available and it said that there weren't any cups available. After feeling defeated I decided to justgo through the drive thru and order a drink. Out of pure curiosity I asked the batista at the drive thru screen if they had anyof the holiday cups and to my surprise they said yes. I wasn't prepared to tell them exactly which cup I wanted so I told themmy idea in which they responded to just pull around to the window. I was only expecting to see one or two options but thegentleman had pulled out ALL of the options and set them out for me to choose from. Totally made my day! Read more

Stopped by @ a very busy time, expected my order to be a little whacked. Very pleasant surprise, THEY GOT EVERYTHING RIGHT. More... surprising, the Barista called me by name! Haven't been there in 3 months, don't even remember the server, but she rememberedme. Has a family/friends atmosphere, so worth the stop. Lakeside Starbucks did me right! Read more

Mar 2022 Peppermint & Hazelnut back- but they said 'limited time!' Also, as mandates go away while Omicron BA.2 spreading all... servers wearing masks EXCEPT window person! No mask or gloves, go figure. Aug 2021 still no Hazelnut or Peppermint syrups! They just don't seem to care!!! Every other Starbucks I've used HAVE the syrups- it is JUST this one one Wintergardens that islackiing. July 2021 Delta rising and back to no gloves and handing cups off with hand-to-hand contact. Also, no mint syrup for3 days, no hazelnut syrup for 2 days- very poor supplies management! Nov 2020 update- underfilled by a quarter! Aug '20update- Their servers are NO LONGER wearing gloves to serve! No one at this Starbucks do any more! I asked and they said nogloves was policy at that outlet--- other Starbucks are STILL using gloves... FYI- gloves are still in Health Mandate. Theyhave, of course, wonderful drinks. I'm most impressed at how they have stepped up during the virus wars to have a pay box handyso they do not touch my card nor do I touch anything they would have to touch. In that light food is placed in a basket so wecan lift it out again without touching & drinks are put inside a mug for same reasons! Very nicely thought out. Read more

Waited in line to pick up a few drinks and some quick bites, one drink and food were ready in about 5 mins, the other drink... still not ready with 10 more mins of waiting. Went to barista who didn?t know anything about my order, went back to originalbarista who took order and let her know we were in a time crunch, she couldn?t guarantee that we could get our drink quickly, soI asked for a refund which she could not do without a manager, had to wait another several minutes for that (she could have mademy drink in that time) and finally got my refund. Meanwhile, the 5-7 people behind me already had their drinks. No oneapologized or seemed to care, terrible service, will not return here, would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the nextStarbucks. They are always out of something at this store. I don't know if it is an ordering problem but it's annoying. There used to be a... guy that worked at this location but he transfered to be a manager or some kind in another store. Since he has left it has beenterrible. When they have my drink, they mess it up. Example I just picked up a caramel macchiato with absolutely NO caramel andI asked for extra. Also they leave you sitting there waiting forever for your mobile order. Workers walk right by you, look youin the face and continue on..... I used to come here 2 times a day. I will NOT be back. At $6 dollars a drink you think theywould give better service! Especially with all the menu items they are constantly out of. Read more

This store is conveniently located for people in Lakeside and is the only reason I have gambled on going here as many times as I... have. The only drinks I have ever gotten from here that are made anywhere near expectations are the pre-made ones, ice coffee,cold brew, etc, with no extras. Almost anything that I request with extras is usually not even close to what I amexpecting. Take the iced latte with coconut milk and pump of chai I ordered recently. If you read the label you see they got myorder correct but when you look at the color of the drink it looks like they left out the latte. And they did. Best iced coconutmilk and chai I never wanted. I don't understand how this happens at a coffee shop. My drink passed through multiple hands toget to me, all of which knew it was wrong and yet that is what I got. The manager needs to teach customer service to the peoplethat work here. If something isn't correct fix it. This trash should have never been passed out the window and judging by theexpression on the kids face who gave it to me, he probably knew but did it anyway. I am aware that I could have returned it andhad it remade but I was running late and only pulled in because there just so happened to not be a line. Additionally, I didn'troll in there to negotiate the making of a drink that Starbucks should have no problem getting right without my involvement. Read more
