Unfortunately this place has really gone down hill especially if you head to their drive thru in the later hours of the day.... Just today I tried to order an iced mocha frappe and fries, they got the fries right but I ended up with a vanilla latte. On topof all that the cashier wasn't really the friendliest, which I understand working in the food industry isn't necessarily great,cause I have experience with it as well, but man this ain't it. And this is just one example of recent bad interaction. So yeahI do not recommend going to this McDonald's location anytime soon. TLDR avoid this location for a bit. Read more
The wait is insane. I waited for 25 minutes for a big mac fries and coke oh an an order of 6 nuggets with side of bbq sauce 25... minutes and as i drove away i reached in the bag and the fries were cold got home no straw one napkin and ranch dipping saucefor 6 nuggets and not bbq and only one at that oh oh and my drink was diet coke which i am highly allergic to...every time we gothey are taking forever i mean forever to move their drive thru line. This place has too many chiefs not enough indians whichmeans too many acting managers not enough actually working people. I see people walkin back an forth trying to look busy butlike carrying a cup or a rag and two talking and their is one person working like a dog and no one else just kind of ....noteven trying to hustle. My mom and I both had a burger and fries here. Not even 30 minutes later we both are in our restrooms with feelings of an upset... stomach. I never threw up so much and so violently in my life!! Not even on a drunk night out puking could compare to what I hadat mcd. Read more
Curbside pickup still has issues: Went to spot #2 to pick up my order and was approached by staff informing me the spicy... nuggets were out of stock and that they were out of 1/4 patties. Staff initially tried to get me to cancel my order, but I askedif substitutions were possible. My order of the Travis Scott burger came with 2 mini patties and my substitutions of regularnuggets for spicy nuggets came with spicy nuggets in the end. After an 8minute wait, despite me being parked in the #2 spot,another associate brought my order to a car not in the #2 spot and declared the order he was carrying was for #2 whiledelivering to the wrong car.
