Very disappointed on my order. I?m not sure when they started putting chicken tenders on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich but that?s... honestly, lazy. We also tried ordering Cajun fries and were told it would be a 25min wait, we asked for macaroni and cheese andmashed potatoes - they gave us both macaroni and cheese when we looked at the order & told them we asked for mashed potatoesthey just ?oh?. I love this place but I dislike the ladies that take my order. The order is always missing something. I have to constantly... repeat myself. If I let them know that the order was wrong they have an attitude problem which always makes me think twice oncoming back. Other than that the food is delicious. The chicken is always juicy definitely worth the money. The frozen orchilled lemonade is great... My favorite. Read more
After ordering my food, the person said to pull up to the first window for the total. When I arrived to the window the person... asked what did you order. I gave him my order again waited a few minutes before getting food. When I received it was not whatI ordered. The person said oh well then I had to talk to another person. The lady working the drive-thru initialed our receipt & told us they would replace the order next time we came in. Which was... pretty cool- definitely reasonable considering we spent about 22 minutes in the drive-thru with just 2 cars ahead of us but sheexplained that her trainee was just not gettin' it. Biscuit appears to have mold on it. I went inside to get a refund. I showed the cashier and they said it doesn't look like... mold, but, it looks like it hit the floor. They had to get a manager to process my refund, I showed them and again was told itwasn't mold but, it's the butter from the baking sheet. I have someone very close to me that is a baker for a living, and they,nor I, have ever seen butter make anything turn that color. They were kind, courteous and they did offer to give me another mealbefore giving me a refund. Read more
10 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Wouldn't feed this food to my dog. Coleslaw had no taste. Didn't get any sauce I asked for.... Customer service was about as trash as the food. Will not be wasting money at this place ever again. Read more
Absolutely the worst experience ever. We came by for dinner and waited in the drive thru for approximately 20 mins. Once we were... about to order- they let us know the credit card machine is down and only accepting cash- we left came back to order and tookanother 30 mins in line. Absolutely no organization and the lobby is closed. Read more
Never been inside, I like Popeyes on the normal but they have issues sometimes, like only taking credit/debit or exact change,... or they don't talk at the drive thru and you don't know why? Get parked to wait alot and they often parts of your order, so makesure your not in a hurry and if you order online to pick up your gonna wait anyway so no point. Read more
