I have never been to this Starbucks before and I used the drive thru to get what I wanted. It was a little busy but they kept it... moving. I ate my sandwich right away and was surprised that it seemed just warm instead of straight out of the oven, hot. Also Idrank my Trenta drink extremely quickly because it was mostly ice. I'm not sure if the oven temp was off, or it was the line ofcars but the temperature of the grilled cheese sandwich was disappointing. As for my drink, it tasted good however it didn'tlast long. Might return if I'm in a pinch. Read more

Big shout out to Erin! She was very warm and welcoming. She immediately set a relaxed atmosphere upon entering and checkout.... Excellent caramel macchiato and I always love the egg bites in the morning! Read more

The service and the drink were both good. But it's always that 30 seconds to one minute between the time I pay and the the time... I receive my order that I dread, because the guy or girl at the window always feels the need to ask what my plans are for theday. This case it was a guy, and the day was already mostly over. I am sure the employees are told by management to engage theircustomers. Seems like some are genuinely interested and some ask only because they are told to and they don't actually care. Itwas apparent that this guy didn't actually care. But that isn't the main complaint. The main complaint is to the management:stop telling your employees to make it a point to engage the customers. I would rather sit in silence than feel compelled toexplain my ((boring)) plans for my day to someone who obviously doesn't actually care. And in this case, I was eating a snack. Iwas mid bite when the guy asked about my plans fkr the day that was already mostly over. Dude, you can see I was mid-bite. Noneed to engage in a conversation with me. Like I said, other than that, good service and good drink. Read more

Had my order done and ready when I got here, took them like 10 mins. The order was done correctly as well. Service with a smile.
