This should not be a drive thru! the drive path is inconvienient and it can wrap the building at peak times. Quick in and out, fast service with quite a few choices for breakfast food. Staff were polite and pleasant.
On the positive they were able to accommodate my walk in request for 2 boxes of coffee for an event. On the negative the... cashier made me feel like I was putting her out by my order. She told me it would be a 20 min wait because they can't just stopand only fill my order and that they have other customers they also have to serve at the same time. I kindly agreed and paid. I guess it was one time only my drink was not good but I came back because this is ny favorite starbucks now it good :) happy... customers. This is my favorite spot but I don't know what happened today my husband pick up my order today and when we both tryit at home for Claudia 9:02 am Venti Caramel Frapp* both Venti drinks taste like all"WATER" I never had no issues at thislocation as I always tip and they always make my drinks perfect but today was not im so disappointing..I ask my husband to goback but he refuse due to it 25mins drive for us and our drinks went in the trash ..I hope this does not happens again!
