i went here last thursday and i could tell that staff was limited, i usually dont leave reviews but i think this one was... deserved. the lady that helped me, janaya, was super helpful when i asked for extra napkins and everything and i was reallythankful for her assistance. this was honestly one of the only times i actually felt seen while i was in a fast food place.thank you tacobell of bridgeport for your fast service and great hospitality i will be coming back here whenever i can! ????????????Snobby employee forgot to lock to doors when lobby hours aren?t stated on the door or website, and then proceeds to... try and talk Down to me and imply I should know to go through the drive through for a pick up. After pulling through drivethrough he squeezes his way past the girl at the window and continues trying to imply how rude I was when I just tried the frontdoors and they hadn?t bothered to lock either sets that?s you have to walk through. Like I get the misunderstanding but howdisrespectful the people I?ve interacted with every time I come here and just try to order is insane???????????? So disappointed. I ordered a double grilled cheese chicken burrito and they gave me a completely different burrito with mostly... lettuce and tomatoes. I've gone to the same store multiple times and I always either have missing items or the wrong order.We've also ordered on uber eats and have had the same issue. This is the best Taco Bell. They got my order entirely right (which isn't common at TB). It was prepared well too. The team... worked really fast, I was in and out quickly. Princess the cashier honestly deserves a raise she was the friendliest Taco Bellemployee I've ever interacted with. Keep this team please they're great. Read more
The taco supremes were great, but the potato chunks were hard and tasted old. The service was excellent and I'll be going... back. Went back for the supreme hard tacos and was very disappointed. They might as well have been regular tacos. They didn'tgive me napkins or ask if I wanted hot sauce. The 3 tacos tasted fine, but they weren't supreme and for over $10, I expected abit more. My family went through the Taco Bell drive thru on 9511 Bridgeport Way, Lakewood, WA, to order dinner for the family. The order... came to $24.77, at approximately 3:45pm. They handed us a tiny bag of food. I asked if this was everything, wondering how youcould fit that big of an order in that bag, and she said 'yup. As we drove away and started looking through the bag, the foodthat was in there was smashed, the quesedilla was cold, and folded up tight like a burrito. And the loaded fries burrito wasn'tin the bag at all. As you can see in the picture, it wasn't fit to eat. When I called the business, I was brushed off like itwas no big deal. Poor Service good food It is 11:23pm on 11/28/22. The working the male kid working the drive through is allways so rude and... everyone else is so nice. I hope that kid stops acting this way amd only acts like this at work and not all the time. Unbelievably rude all the time and to other people in line as well. Read more
