If you’re new to Moe’s, don’t go here. You’ll have a bad time. I was treated like I was ignorant for not knowing the... counter operates like a Subway. They build it for you. But instead of telling me they just stared, expressionless and there wasno greeting. Very awkward, as if I just stepped into an argument and the parties were giving me the silent treatment. Went here a few days ago, after giving this place a couple of tries i can definitely say this place is dirty. Tables, serving... station, soda machine, utensils table, and the salsa bar were all dirty. The staff dosent greet you. One of the staff memberswas going around touching everything and then to make the food without changing their gloves. Lots of cross contamination. Iwent to go pour iced tea and found a dead fruit fly in my drink. Also the whole floor by the soda machine was soaking wet. Thecarpets were soaked, no one is cleaning it up. Also my tray was very greasy and their was crumbs on the bottom of it. It leadsme to believe they dont wash their trays properly and everything else around here. Read more
Great customer service!! We love Moe's for the Taco kits when we are entertaining and have ordered them several times. We always... order online. And have had no problems and the food is usually great. Our last order, we discovered when we got home, wasmissing some of the key ingredients to the taco kit. We were in the middle of hosting a picnic and didn't have enough food toserve our guests. I called them, spoke with the manager, who apologized and then offered to have the missing items delivered.Within 20 minutes, the rest of the food arrived at the house. Food wasn’t bad… it was what I wanted and expected so that’s good. It seemed only one out of the 3 or 4 employees had any... idea on how to work with customers though and he was at the end of the line… didn’t receive the standard “welcome tomoes.” When starting my order, I got a “whachu want?” Asked for a kid’s quesadilla and it got folded into a taco andthen a burrito and then something that hasn’t even been created yet and then wrapped in aluminum.. I asked the next twoemployees about the concoction and if it could be made into a quesadilla and I was asked if I wanted him to make a new one.. soI appreciated that. Absolutely do not eat here until they make seriously needed changes!! This location does not serve fresh food, and the food has... little taste. They said soda machine was out of order, only to see many others, including the person who took our order gettingfountain soda's!! Additionally, this store is extremely dirty!! Floors despartly needed vacuumed, foyer had debris blowingaround in it, and there was barely a clean table in the place!! Definitely not going back!!!????????????????????!!! Read more
Food is cold. One would think the meat you get on your bowl would be hot, it wasn't! Hell it wasn't ever room temperature! I got... three tacos, one chicken, one beef and one pork. Had rice, meat and cheese nothing else that was cold on the tacos. I got themto the table and they were cold! It's like going to your aunts picnic 4 hours late and you get what's been sitting around. Good food per usual! I ordered online with them for the first time the other day and they had it ready in under 15 minutes to... pickup, pretty good! It was empty around 2:30 on a Wednesday and there was only one employee at the front end and he wasfriendly. Recommend for a quick bite to eat & great food! Read more
I was very disappointed with the way management treated an employee yesterday I went in for lunch and a disturbance occurred... with a patron and his family The young lady that was taking their order did so professionally , the family didn’t like theyway the food was served I observed the young lady explain to the family how the food is displayed on the bowl the family wantedthe food to be placed their way the young lady did her best to accommodate what they were asking for but it wasn’t good enoughfor them the Parton and the family were very rude and complained to the manager who in return told the young lady with apowerful voice that she needed to smile and that she was disrespectful I’m sitting in the lobby watching this all unfold thefamily were laughing at the young lady and the manager was very unprofessional I’m disgusted on how the young lady was beingtreated she did nothing wrong the Parton and his family were yelling obscenities while the young lady was clocking out Managerwas very rude to his employee the young lady , this by far was taken out of context by the Parton and his family and the managertreating this young lady like she isn’t human was disrespectful and distasteful I can’t believe our own race still treatsthose of color disrespectful this by far is the very last time I will come to this establishment I pray for you all We Are AllEqual Read more
