Ordered carry out for a total of $50. Order went through and as i was on my way at 9:15. Mind you i was in front of the store... and the order was canceled as i was in front of the store. Me & my family visited this establishment and I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. This was the first show at... the Sight & Sound theater and we were looking for food afterwards. We drove 4 and 1/2 hours to see the show and then ended up atPapa John's...THIS PAPA JOHN'S. My family ended up ordering two pizzas to go along with the seafood that was ordered from therestaurant next door to them. I decided to walk back over after they placed their order to add another pizza but was told thatthey were too busy to take my order. He first asked me if I wanted to place an order or if I was picking up. I told him that Iwas ordering. He told me that they were busy and would not be able to take my order. I was so shocked that I told him,"Okay...but I was just in here a few minutes ago." So I shared this with my family members and they were shocked as well becausenormally you would tell the customer that you are extremely busy at the moment and let them decide if they want to wait.Soooooo. I do plan on going back to Pennsylvania again, but NEVER will I ever go to this establishment again! Read more
The girl that works here, I think her name was Angie, was extremely rude with a terrible attitude. They short toppings on the... pizza to try to increase profits by screwing their customers. Check your pizza before you leave, and if it looks empty, and notlike the picture, make them remake it. The manager seems extremely dimwitted when you call to complain about the terribleexperience and the horrible quality pizza. Either he doesn't care, or is incapable of managing a store. Either way he seems likethe kind that's been at a retail pizza store for a decade because he couldn't make it doing anything else. My advice is thereare a dozen great pizza places around that deliver. Order from any of them. It's cheaper and better pizza. And their kitchenslook alot cleaner than papa John's. You're welcome. Ordered from here when I stayed at a Hotel in Feb 2022. They exceeded my expectations. They had my pizza to me in less then 30... mins and it was piping hot. Nice staff and fresh pizza. Read more
Papa John?s is definitely one of the better chain pizza places. They always have great deals available and I love that they give... jalapeños and garlic sauce with every pizza. My boyfriend loves this place, so we order Papa John?s often. Also, I love thatthey have a gluten-free crust!!! Read more
Probably the most consistent chain pizza joint. Speed and accuracy of orders is always good, fair price for the product, good... flavor with adequate toppings. Never had a service issue and there loyalty program offers specials and discounts at a rapidpace. Always enjoy the pepper too. Read more
