I have been waiting over an hour and a half for my food. I called a half hour ago and was told they don?t have delivery drivers... so it was being rerouted through DoorDash. Which I understood but then waited for another half hour and had to call to get inupdate. I did get a refund which I?m grateful for but if you don?t have delivery drives you shouldn?t have delivery as anoption. State it somewhere in the app or before placing the order. Read more
Went to get pizza and after it's estimated wait time ( for pickup) it still wasn't ready for 15 minute's! Once we got the pizza... (half pepperoni half sausage) the pepperoni side had no cheese!! It was also missing garlic sauce. Overall I rate a two forlong wait time and incorrect food. Read more
Meh, it's okay. AMIRIGHT, they came out with a new pizza called the New Yorker. I know, it's not new, but apparently Papa... John's thinks it is. The app told me my pizza was ready for pickup but stood there for 10 minutes before it was ready. I know,Karen, 10 minutes is not a big deal in life, just a little annoying. Got home and the pizza was just barely done. Want a reallygood pizza? Stop at Two Cousins literally just two doors east of this joint on Columbia Avenue. They've got some greatpizzas...wings too...with bones in them...not chunks of frozen, breaded, pressed chicken parts. Read more
Ordered a pizza and bread sticks online. The delivery driver delivered the wrong order to us. The driver left before we saw the... wrong address on the box. We tried to call the store to notify them that we got the wrong order and the store did not answer thephone (multiple times). Sat on hold for 10 minutes with corporate customer service only to be told the local store would have todeal with the issue. I'm not holding my breath to see if we get a response. Update... The store did respond about an hour and ahalf later, and did refund our order. Read more

If you order earlier in the week for a large 1 topping pizza itsonly $6.99. Edit: ordered a large bacon extra cheese to be able to use our local flavor deal. Hardly any cheese or bacon. First I ordered my pizza online. It told me it would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes I tried to call... to check on my order. NO ONE answered the phone. It rang about 20 xs & it was never answered. My wife then tried to call &again, no one ever picked up the phone. I guess if you don't order it online then you're not ordering from Papa John's becausethey never answer the phone! Read more
