The pizza here is good if you like pizza hut pizza, but buyer beware... They use Doordash for delivery and orders are... consistently late and arrive at the door cold. The last time we ordered, the Pizza Hut and Doordash app said the order was outfor delivery, but the driver sat in the parking lot for 15 mins before heading out to deliver. The order was late, cold, and thedriver blamed traffic. Delivery was much better when pizza shops employed their own delivery drivers. I never had a goodexperience using Doordash anywhere. Read more
Food delivered 1 hour later. Cold and burnt. Nothing they 'could' or would do because I ordered through door dash. Door dash... didn't burn my pizza. Maybe it was cold bc of them.. but unhappy. This pizza hut, at this location on Centerville is by far the best Pizza hut I've ever had in all of Lancaster county. The... service is fast and accurate, the food is hot and delicious. Other pizza hut's around can't compare to this location. Read more
I ordered online carryout. The app stated Order Ready. I clicked on I'm Here. No one came out. I finally called. This is the... normal procedure at this location. No one still came out. 2 customers went in to order. I finally had to go inside. She met meat the door. No soda in her hand. I had to ask for it. Got home and pizza, bread sticks are cold. Marinara sauce was ice cold.One of the pizzas was supreme but mainly mushrooms. Cheese didn't go to edges on either pizza. $48.75 was outrageous for poorservice and quality of the food. Read more
they said they were out for delivery at 6:42 and it didnt get to my house until 7:30. we called and the worker had an attitude... and said ?its a friday night we are busy?. when they got here the food was cold and not even in a delivery bag. the driver wasshirtless and another person got out of the passenger side and went to the backseat and just grabbed the boxes. also orderedextra sauce and didnt get it but seemed to get extra pepperonis when wasnt asked for. would rate 0 if i could. use to be aregular here, not anymore. I ordered 2 large pizzas. One large pepperoni and one large supreme pizza. My supreme pizza came looking like they had mixed... and matched a medium pizza with a large. I dont know if it was partially dropped and they tried to put it back together but Ihave never gotten a pizza from anyone where half the pizza had chunks missing and a whole slice was the wrong size pizza. Definitely not expecting to see that and very disappointed that anyone would think it was okay to serve it to a paying customerlike that. Read more
Superb! Great tasting Pizzas. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce, and toppings. And the pizzas were baked perfectly. We... ordered online to take out and the pizzas were still good and hot when we got home. The online ordering website was easy tonavigate as well. Love Pizza Hut Pizza! Read more
