The Manor Street location has exceeded expectations without fail. I have used them about 6-7 times in the past few months for... work functions and have never once been less than thrilled with the service. Don't be fooled by this small, city location. I haven't had Pizza Hut pizza in forever! There aren't very many around anymore. I ordered online and picked up through... DoorDash. It's only a takeout spot, there's no indoor or outdoor seating. I have lived in lancaster all my life and this is my first time ordering from this particulat pizza hut. The person that took my... order over the phone was very nice, professional and had great customer service. My husband went in to pick up the pizza andsaid the 2 employees In there was nice also. I had no problems with my order. The dinner box was still hot when it got home anddelicious. I was hesitant to order from here based on past reviews from others but based on my experience, I will order fromhere again. they advertise delivery but go through a second party (DoorDash) to do so. I tried to order food last night and today only to... find out they dont have drivers. Yet when i track my order on the PH website it tells me that my hot pizza is on the way.Lies. Frustrated will not order delivery from them again. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas & 3 orders of breadsticks 2 hours ago? I called about 40 minutes ago (an hour after I got an alert that my food... was going out for delivery) and was told a fryer was down and my driver was waiting for wings. When I said ?but I didn?t orderwings? or anything fried? I was told that the driver must be waiting for another order as well ???? I then asked ?so then? hasmy food been just sitting for over an hour??? the woman on the phone said ?well it?s in a hot box?. I got my food? and it?s hardand cold. The bags the breadsticks are in are soaking wet. I ordered dinner because I didn?t want to cook? and now I?m cooking???? This isn?t the first time I?ve had an issue with this location but it WILL be the last because I?ll be picking up anyfuture Pizza Hut orders from the Centerville Road location. Read more
I have had some pretty bad meals here. This time was different. Still not giving them 5 stars but hopefully its getting better.
I just ordered a lunch special from this facility. It was a pan pizza and a soda. It was a five dollar special plus taxes. I get... there to pick up and I only give me the personal pan pizza. Clearly there was some confusion but I paid $the cost of the specialplus tax o line- why the refusal to supply the drink? I had curbside and had to go in. Explained and was still denied the drinkEVEN as a customer courtesy for all my inconvenience. I have been in customer service for 30 years. I hope one drink was worth acustomer and a unsatisfied rating. I left the pizza behind, I pray the refund the cost. I know ? customers aren?t the focusanymore.. are they? Read more
