If I could give this place 0 stars I would the cashier was very rude and charged me for a cup of ice when I am 9 months... pregnant. Wow and she snuck the ice on my bill without me knowing.Basically a cup of water is ice and it is illegal to chargesomeone for it. Read more

My husband and his crew always gave this Sheetz business every morning?. Today is the last. The coffee is NEVER stocked and... clean. The worst place to go to get ANYTHING. I don't know how they're still open or have jobs. Always gets my orders wrong, food is... cold, employees look miserable. I just called and the manager re-assured me they hardly ever get customers orders wrong .. thisjust shows she lied. ???? Customers will never treat you right if they're paying for great service and getting mediocre servicefrom miserable people. They all need to go for real it's not that hard to get orders right. ???? Back in August, the store/a cashier made a transaction error resulting in my wife and I being overcharged. We did not initially... notice as we weren't offered a receipt. I was reviewing my credit card statement when I found the mistake. I was hasty with myinitial review out of frustration that the corporate office hadn't responded to a previous email I had sent; however, Ms. Alex,the store manager reached out to me shortly after my review to make it right. She had reviewed the transaction and found theerror, explaining what led to the overcharge and the mistake. I was refunded the overcharge. I frequently travel throughout thestate and Sheetz has always been great at every turn. Ms. Alex standing up and correcting a mistake that happened over a monthago shows the values she holds and that Sheetz employs. Read more
