Great Mexican food. Oh my what large portion sizes. I was pleasantly surprised when they presented that beautiful sizzling plate... in front of me. I had the bacon wrapped shrimp. This is the best Mexican food I've had in years. If you're looking for trueauthentic Mexican flavors, this is the place. My wife was talking about their food for couple days after, about how wonderful itwas. Been to alot of restaurants in the area over the years; this will be etched in my brain as a good one. We wanted something near our hotel that was cheap but not fast food, and this place stood out to us for its good reviews and... clear vegetarian menu section. We left full and extremely satisfied. After eating fish for several days we were ready for something different. Mexican food sounded good, we settled on this... restaurant after the first couple we drove to were closed. The food here was actually pretty good. I tried the chili Coloradoburrito which is one of my favorites. Others at the table got the taco salad bowl, flautas etc. I like that they also providednot only chips and salsa while we waited for our food but also beans. A lot of places have limited menus right now but thisplace had a pretty good selection for us to choose from. They also brought out a free dessert at the end, it was just a simplesweet chip with cinnamon and sugar topped with whipped cream and a strawberry sauce but it was free and light. Read more
