My mother and I felt saddened today by the horrible service here. My mother went into the store and ordered sandwiches. It is... not the first time they have screwed up our orders here since we have been there several times. The person taking her order wasrude and rushed a lot! Moreover, the sandwiches were incorrectly labeled. When my mom ordered me a ham sandwich, I received aturkey sandwich. The turkey sandwich was for my grandmother. Rather than double-checking if that was her sandwich, my grandmajust ate half of the incorrect sandwich. What if she was allergic? That could?ve been a horrible outcome! In addition, I onlygot to eat half of the overpriced sandwich. Just a shame! Read more

The subs are so good. The rolls are so fresh. I like my ham sliced thinner than their normal thickness. I always ask them to... shred my ham and they don't have a problem doing it. I am addicted to Jersey Mike's subs . Read more
