The owner needs to update his hours on google. He needs to clean the sidewalk in front of the entry doors. Clean his floor mats... they are disgusting. Then bleach the floors and counters. Guess what? Googlers!! Brand new location for Mr Googler at another Biggbys. Baristas here I come. In need of my daily coffee... ??. This time ?? my selection was a Butter ???? ???? Bear ???? iced ???? latte & a Mocha Mocha iced ???? ???? latte. Once againlattes were made with awesomeness. Lattes look ???? delicious ???? ???? ???? ????. I actually love this location and the owners, however! I?m horribly disappointed in the poor service I received today. Ordered... coffee and a bagel for my friend and I. Went to sit and wait for the bagel while catching up with my friend. After 15-20 Ihadn?t heard the order called out, so I walked back up to the counter and saw a bag on the counter. I asked if it was mine andthey said yes ????and that they had called the Oder out several times. I was extremely puzzled as to why I was sitting directlyacross from the counter and at no time did anyone make eye contact, wave me over or simply walk over kindly and say here?s yourorder. This saddens me because I?m extremely generous any where I go, as I myself have worked in hospitality and am a ServerTrainer. First and foremost, you NEVER dispute the guest or customer. All that was needed was a simple, we apologize. Weweren?t aware you hadn?t gotten your completed order. The fact of the matter is that my friend asked to go somewhere else forcoffee because she?d never tried BiGGBY. I told her she?d love it. Yet was embarrassed to have her see the employees continue todiscuss how they were irritated that I requested a fresh bagel be made in place of the cold one sitting out. In fairness thecashier didn?t complain at all, she quickly prepared another bagel. The two baristas continue to look over at the table andspeak about the situation instead of just smiling and chalking it up as a lesson. My suggestion would be to Anyone in customerto strive to exceed the standard of service and moreover say the word SERVICE and think about what it means to you as anindividual. If it doesn?t line up with what you?re capable or desiring you do, then consider a different line of work. I don?ttake this much of my time to write about things I don?t care about.
