4 of us only ones in lobby. All workers just stared at us. Walking by smiling. No one ask for order until after 7 minutes. It... took 4 attempts to get 3 coffees and one sandwich order into the system. A total of 20 minutes just to get the orderregistered. After paying it took 10 minutes to pour 3 coffees and make one sandwich. After I asked how long does it take pour aredeye? Multiple persons ask what size? The guy that took the order repeatedly said 20 oz. After much ballyhooing I got thedrink. I've been to other biggby this was the worst service... Especially for spending $22 for 3 coffees & sandwich. Aftertasting the redeye... It was awful. Service was terrible. Coffee terrible. Must I say the conclusion... I'll never return here.Awful awful awful Read more
I usually like to mix up my latte flavor (I LOVE the beautiful haze one, Lisa's luscious, and moon boot) but my latte... "foundation" is always the same. 16oz, reduced calorie, add one shot of espresso, and not hot or "kids temp." Only once havethey gotten the not hot part right. I know the second they hand it to me if it's right and it never is, I don't like super hotcoffee ???? for some reason biggby employees don't know the correct way/temp for "not hot." It's 130°. It took me 25 minutes to get my coffee in the drive thru & their was only 1 person Infront of me ? By far the slowest bigby I?ve... ever been too, I?m not sure how this business is surviving & then they ask me if I want to tip? Why would I tip for a $2 coffeethat took me 25 minutes to get. Came here earlier around 8:30 am, and Stanley took good care of me. Best BIGGBY I?ve EVER had. Drink was thick and frozen and... perfectly blended, and the bagel was wrapped and already had cream cheese on it which was a surprise for me and I loved it!!
