We were greeted promptly as we entered the door. We were seated and we didn?t have time to pick up the menu before we were asked... if we were ready to order. Our server was efficient and pleasant but I suspect he was overwhelmed and needed help. We felt alittle rushed but the food was plentiful but not the way I remembered fajitas served when I first dined at a Don Juan?s yearsago. I know everyone is short staffed but slow down. Good food and great service. They start you off with complimentary chips and salsa, which were great! They have plenty of... vegetarian options, but my favorite is their veggie Chimichanga.
