Not bad, not great, not really worth the price. I got the vegetarian combination and the flavours didn't really impress me. The... vegetables were actually quite tasty, better than the lentil dishes imo. For the price I expected a bigger portion, but I didlike the variety though. Read more

We had a very pleasant experience when we went here during the Thanksgiving attendance. The dishes were tasty and the portion... sizes were good too. The ambience took you back to Africa. The owner and the cheif cook was very accomodative of our dietaryneeds. She personally came and checked with us as to how the dishes tasted etc. Their Ethiopian coffee was amazing. Finally, since it was the thanksgiving weekend, the tea was on the host. The tea was amazing with lots of herbal flavors. Read more

Ethiopian food done right! We read the reviews and thank god we followed them in to have dinner here. I wish I could adequately... describe Ethiopian cuisine, but I can tell you that our family styled dinner was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Wehad the beef platter mixed with the combination platter #1. If you have never tried Ethiopian food, but are in to Indian, MiddleEastern, and/or Thai food, I think it would be in your best interest to try this with some friends or family. Service was great.Owner checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied and to answer questions. We will return here next time we travel toLondon Ontario! Read more

We wanted to try something new and at the recommendation of a friend, we decided on Addis Ababa. There is no designated parking... lot but the side street worked just fine. It?s a very comfortable and cozy place. There were two staff members on site and bothwere super pleasant. The food was something different to us as this was our first time trying it and we were not disappointed. Our wait was not long, half hour tops. 5 different food/sauce mixtures picked up with pieces of soft bread which I can onlydescribe as ?crepe? like. This style of sharing a platter and eating with your hands was perfect for us. The platters are madesized for the number of people sharing and it is priced per person. We tried the coffee and tea and both are highly recommended. For two of us to dine out here was much less expensive than we are use to also. We are both pleased with our choice of dininghere and would not hesitate to return. Thank you Addis Ababa! Read more

Beautiful atmosphere. Kind and generous staff (brought me a sample app while I was waiting for another app they were making... fresh). Food was outstanding. Great menu selection. All that food and spicy tea for only $26. Very satisfied. Chef came out tosay hi. If I had to find anything to critique would be the same instrumental was on loop. But this pales to the overallexperience. Thank you! Read more
