For a long while now this location is consistently the worst BB. The quality of food dropped significantly. We stayed away for... about a year and last night we tried it again, and again we left disappointed, we called ahead and after we picked up ourburritos there were no sauces only half of the ingredients, the chicken was slightly burnt and just like before it wasflavorless. The food was good. They messed up my order by making me a whole wheat burrito instead of white, I didn't discover it until I was... home, not a big deal. I did find they were stingy with the sauces so my burrito was on the dry side and I had trouble finishingit because of that. Read more

We went to Burrito Boyz for a replacement on a previous order of nachos which were soggy. The nachos were fantastic this time -... thanks to manager Drew for correcting this! If you?re ordering nachos, consider asking for your sauces on the side so you canadd them right when you are ready to eat. Read more
Burrito Boyz has more flavourful meat and beans than any other burrito place around here. My only complaint would be their... limited selection of sauces and the lack of heat to their hot sauce. I asked for one line of hot sauce on my burrito which issupposed to be extra hot, it was so mild that I wasn't even sure they remembered to put it on and even went up and asked! Forthe average person I'm sure it's fine, but for people like myself who really like heat, they need to step up their game there. Read more

Had food from this franchise years ago. Decided to try again at this location and the quality of food has definitely gone to the... floor... Sour cream was water down to start with. The meat from the burrito was dry and tasteless and the quesadilla did nothave flavor either. Will not be back to this location and probably never have food from this franchise. Read more
