Staff are nice and try to be helpful?? However, THIS location is super BUSY & when walk-in (even to p/u mobile order, expect to... wait as the 5 staff will be dealing with the crazy drive-through FIRST!! (Also, I am always frustrated with the mobile app asit doesn't work properly with offers, ESP. when there's a new promotion! ????) Read more

I have been ordering the same drink since 2005. But everytime at this location it changes. Making it wrong 8/10 times. Will not... be returning to this location. So many staff and only very few who pay attention. It's sad. Read more

This Tim hortons has absolutely nothing anytime that I have ever gone. The staff isn't even kind about it they're very rude and... all seem to have very poor customer service. Read more

This location has gone downhill so much and after having a very bad experience many months ago thought I would give it another... try. Work right beside this location and recently asked to get a quote to cater a staff appreciation day. The manager promiseda quote by email yesterday (can't be too difficult to provide) and when we did not have the response the next day we went tovisit the location. On this in person visit I spent $30 on smile cookies and coffee and then asked to speak to a supervisorabout our request to cater. Barely a smile was seen, Jeff was rude to us and we were basically told to wait until tomorrow whenthe manager would return. I think we will go to another location to spend our money. There is one good employee at thislocation, her name is Roenna. Too bad they can't replicate her. Read more

They don't tell you if debit machine is not working, you then spend 15 min waiting in line for them to tell you at the window. ... Put up a sign if debit machine is not working before we get trapped in driver through lane. If the machine had just failed thencomp the food to keep things movies. This used to be a good location but as others have said the service has gone downhill withstaff changes. Read more

I order my coffee/teas with three milks. Every time. About 20% of the time, I receive it as ordered. The other 80% of the time,... however, I get the tiniest splash of milk and am left nursing a scalding-hot drink for hours. As the milk is dispensed inmeasured increments, I can only infer some employees decide to use less milk because they think it seems like too much. I knowdarn well that it's a lot - I want it drinkably warm! When I do bother to go back and have it fixed, they always manage to findthe milk button thrice on the second try - so I know it isn't a milk shortage. On several occasions, I've even had them suggestit was already made with three milk (as though I am unfamiliar with the taste, colour and temperature of an order I'vemaintained for years). If they made a triple triple coffee a regular, surely they'd recognize that it was incorrect. The sameshould be said of the milk. I love the convenience of Timmies, but it's a thorn in my side to repeatedly just watch them punchmy order in correctly, and then hand me some random interpretation of their own at the window. Employees who are overworked andunderpaid don't care. Management who is under-present doesn't care. And, well, the corporation whose bottom line wouldn't behampered if our whole city boycotted them SURE doesn't care. Just go to a McDonald's, order a Big Mac, and then receive anapple pie instead. We live close and have gone here many times. I would say 75% of the time at least something is wrong with our order. Today I... asked for a chicken sandwich add tomato. No tomato and half my sandwich is missing chicken. They also had incredibly low stockwhen we went at 1pm and we had to change our orders from what we intended. We have been given English muffins instead ofbiscuits, missing added tomatoes often, completely wrong or missing items... you name it this location has done it. Hire newmanagement. Read more
