We ordered dinner to go. It was mostly good except for a few issues. For the calimari, not only were the pieces small, but at... least 20% of it was pieces of pepper. Ok taste and ok atmosphere I was surprised only one server was working and two-three other staffs were hosts (?) In the dining... room. Only one server was running busy others were just hanging around and did not even bring drinks to the tables. Food tasteswere nothing special, I do not think I would go back to that specific BP location. Read more
Boston Pizza has made lots of changes in the way they serve their customers.We saw a robot going around,bringing customers their... food,which seemed fun,but it never came to us,even though my children kindly asked several times to see how that robot works,andit made them feel sad. We had a nice dinner,but the waitress was in such a rush that stressed us and made us rush too... Foodwas in general good,although it could have been better. We asked for a well done sirloin,but when we cut it it was undone...Thatshowed that even in cooking the meals they were rushing too... The bill also was quite salty... Came on a Saturday for lunch. Was seated promptly. Servers were polite and attentive. The food was good, although the... appetizer (calamari)took a long time, and arrived after the pizza and pasta was done. Bathrooms and decor could use a littlefreshening up. Read more
The buffalo cauliflower bites are tasty. It would be more tasty if it can be a bit crunchier. Pizza taste is as good as you can... expect. A Lot of options in terms of pizza, spaghetti, pasta. Happy to dine out with my family for my birthday even though we have to sit in separate tables. The patio is pretty much covered... and the threat of a rainfall didn’t matter. They set up two big screen TVs to play sports. Our reservation was 6:30 on Fridaynight and the server already told us they’re out of fries and onion rings! We ordered yam fries and they were okay, not ascrispy. The Royal Hawaiian pizza has prosciutto instead of ham and was a nice change. My son ordered the ravioli which was goodbut the shrimp fettuccine looked more like spaghetti. Nachos were loaded and crispy. Double order of chicken wings in Thaichilli and honey garlic flavours were tender and tasty. Rack of ribs were also tender and fell off the bone. The French onionsoup is good size and passed my dad’s taste test! The garlic bread slices were soggy though. The overall experience was greatand the service was good. Read more
Food wasn't bad. The service here needs alot if work serves seem to be doing there own thing. Tried to get drink refill and ... couldn't. Thought I was going to choke while eating. Then when time to get the bill for almost an hour. If your Hungry or haveto be somewhere after I don't recommend this place at all. If the service was better would be worth the food. If the restaurantwas busy it would be understandable but wasnt busy at all probbly because of there service. This is the 3rd time have had thisexperience here i gave the first 2 times a chance but the same bad service 3 times i would never come.back.They do have anice atmosphere. Read more
