I have no complaints about the food here (it was good and fresh) but the cleanliness of the dining room was lacking. I thought... this was odd because it didn't seem like it was particularly busy at all. There were a lot of open tables but I had a hard timefinding one that wasn't covered in crumbs and other junk. The floor was bad, too, with a lot of dirt, napkins, plasticsilverware wrappers. I ended up wiping down my own table. Since I was there to study, I stuck around for a few hours, and Inever saw a staff member come by to clean up. Read more

I'll start by saying the food is always very good. That's about the only good thing I can say. I have visited this location 4... times in the last 2 months - carryout. Each visit, I ask for butter packets with my order. And each time, an employee willconfirm YES, we put butter packets in your bag. Not once were there butter packets with my order. This isn't a HUGE deal, butit's very frustrating. Part of this may be my fault for not checking, but it's too repetitive. Lastly, this past visit today Inoticed a LOT of flies inside the restaurant. Delicious, healthy, fresh food at great prices. From sandwiches with fresh bread and didn't proteins to fresh baked chocolate... chip cookies Panera has it all! It is easily my favorite bakery because it really has great options for everyone, vegan,vegetarian, carnivore, those with who have a strong sweet tooth, etc. This location specifically is great because it is large,with tons of seating and has the best consistency I have seen in any chain! Good food slow service there was 6 or 7 people working last time I was there. But had to wait 5 min or more for someone to take... my order. Then waited another 10-15 min for my food. It shouldn't take that long to make a cold cut sandwich. UPDATE 9/18/18 got potato soup WITH HAIR no it's not mine I am bald! YUCK!!! Read more
