I have been their customer for a while . Faithfully ordering for the last year till today. So I Made a delivery order via the... phone and an hour later they had not delivered. So I called they said the app put it as a carry out. First I was talking to asweet lady who said we can fix this. A few sec later a man who claims he is the Manager (Steve) takes the phone an flatly tellsme we won?t deliver it till you pay 8 dollars for delivery. ?His words This is American you have to pay for delivery fees? Ipolitely said I won?t pay for it because it?s an error on their part. He said it?s the app fault and If you don?t pay the $8 Iwill go ahead and cancel the whole order which was over $30. I order from here quite frequently. Most of the time it is pretty good, but it?s getting worse the last few times I?ve been.... Tonight, I received the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I basically had burnt chips. Burnt crust and cheese. No saucewhatsoever and completely burnt. I guess I should have looked at it before I left the store. Not sure what is going on up there,but the last 3 times it hasnt been very good and tonight put the icing on the cake. Awful!!! I wish I would have taken picturesof the pizza. We got a 8 Buffalo Wings, and they bearly got any Buffalo sauce in it, really disappointed u can't even taste the sauce.

Pizza was delicious!!! Ordered two large pizzas and paid over $62. RIDICULOUS!!! Won?t be back!

Second time in a month I've ordered online and waited over 2 hours for my pizza!! Please Domino's figure out a way to let... customers know you are not delivering at an appropriate time a pick up is preferred!! I may need to start ordering my pizzasfrom Mr. Jim's because they don't seem to have this issue! Read more

We called in to order pizza for DELIVERY like we do every Friday. Are told it would be 20 min. Over an hour later no pizza.... Automated system says the order has been completed. No pizza here. Employee tells us that the call center put the order throughas pickup and we would have our pizza in 15 min. Hang up and phone rings. Now they have to cancel our order because there is acoupon on the order they delivery doesn?t qualify for and they want to add a delivery fee. After being told it wasn?t theirfault the call center messed up several times I told her to put the manager on. Employee stated I could either cancel the orderor they can remove the coupon and add delivery fee and then get my pizza. Horrible customer service, disappointed in thismanager they wouldn?t even get on the phone. Read more

Everything was great - except... I ordered a customized pizza with beef and a lot of different vegetables. The crust was... perfect (thin and crispy), the pizza was well cut (I am really put off when the crust is not cut all the way through), the saucewas spot on and the vegetables were ALMOST perfect. The only issue was the jalapenos or rather the lack thereof. I realize thatin these pandemic times I was fortunate to get a pizza. I'm sure they are short staffed and the staff is overwhelmed, underpaid and sadly, often under appreciated. Forgetting the jalapenos is a very minor thing. The pizza was delicious. Iappreciate the effort and will continue to patronize the Midlothian Domino's Pizza. Read more

1st pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni, the 2nd resulted in some people getting 2 in slices. They should have more pride in... their products than this. Read more
