Clean Parking Lot, Drive through line move quickly, staff friendly, food hot & fresh, only downfall they do NOT verify if it?s... your order or if the order is correct. You pull to the second window and they just hand over a order ???????? I was given thewrong order twice. BROKEN AIRCONDITIONER ALL SUMMER!!!! PLEASE BUY AN AIRCONDITIONER This is for the owner of this restaurant. You have your... wonderful employees working inside this restaurant with a broken air conditioner. SHAME ON YOU OWNER!!!! The conditions foryour employees is horrible!!! I watch them sweat all over the place....GROSS.... for the morning breakfast, lunch rush. Theydo their best for your restaurant but you are not doing your best for your EMPLOYEES. YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. FIX THE AIRCONDITIONER PLEASE. Even while customers are waiting for there food we are sweaty.. this is gross. Wow! I can honestly say this is the first time in at least 15 years that I thought, that meal from McDonalds taste really good... tonight. They have changed their recipe or the management had the store spot on. I don?t know, but I?ve never left a review forany McDonalds in my life. It?s always been the same old cardboard convenient food until tonight. Fast service, fresh food, andit actually tasted like a burger and fries should. Got the #2a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a Dr Pepper. Way to go! Read more
The dirtiest restaurant in Midlothian; I visit my grand daughter weekly in town, and this was my 3rd visit. Each time I have... left swearing I?ll never go here again! Can never find a clean table to sit at; liter/ trash all over the floor. No straws atthe drink station. I understand staff is hard to find in these Covid times, but if I were the franchisee I would be embarrassedowning a restaurant cared for so poorly. Ordered a 4 piece nugget happy meal took 15 minutes to receive the order; food was atleast edible for a 6 year old; reason for the 2 stars Read more
My son and I went to this McDonalds after a hot soccer practice. James was our cashier and he was amazing! He saw my son was... really hot and asked if he needed some cold water. Brought my drink to me and checked on us! This man knows how to take care ofcustomers and deserves a raise and promotion! Thanks for making our Thursday night! Read more

Clean inside and the only thing was trying to hear the person wearing a mask and behind the shield. Order was brought out fast... and fresh. And the blue raspberry slushy was a big hit. They seemed well organized and a efficient group. Read more
The play area was hot! The tables were all dirty, Maybe tidy up a bit as customers are leaving to fix that and turn down the a/c... a bit but not to freezing temps people can't enjoy their food when it's freezing cold.
