My husband picked me up a meatlover's pizza from this location on his way home today because I was craving a Mr Jim's pizza, and... we don't have one close to home. Talk about disappointment.... I just moved here from Arlington, and used Mr. Jim?s a lot. But the pizza I just had from here in Midlothian, was just about the... best pizza I?ve had in a long time. I have always loved Mr. Jim?s, but usually forget we have one here in Midlothian. Tonight I was craving a sticky fingers and... ordered online. My daughter always wants the Jim stix and asked me to order her one. After getting home with the meal, sheopened the box and noticed it was a bit more done than it usually is. She still tried to eat a piece and it was so crunchy shejust couldn?t eat it. I called up there and they were very apologetic and said they would make another one again. I took theother one up there and the sweet gentleman that helped me earlier took and showed it to the manager and I could hear him agreeit was a little more done than usual. He told the guy in front to offer me a dipping sauce which I accepted. I waited a coupleof minutes and then he came up and said ?have a blessed evening? and I saw 2 boxes and kinda questioned him to which he replied?have a blessed evening.? I?m not one to ever return food, but it was for my daughter and it?s her favorite, so I did so. Theextra box was their cinnamon bread. They didn?t have to even correct the food, but they did and then to add the extras was justa very nice gesture! I would have returned here no matter what, but just going above and beyond will make them my first choicewhen we are in the mood for pizza. Read more
We ordered our food and the boy on the phone couldn?t tell me if they did or didn?t have any family specials. Then we ordered... the food(2 pizzas and breadsticks) and he said it would be done in 10-15 minutes. We get there 21 minutes later! Still haven?teven made the other pizza yet!! Said it would be 15 minutes more. No cars in parking lot what so ever. We walk in and they?relistening to tv. So clearly they were too busy to make our food. Love this place. Their pizza has always been so good and I have never had any issues with them.
