This gas station's EV charging ports are still currently down and unfortunately there are no efforts from Royal Farms to get... them updated or working. The last update from their district manager was back in June. That actually shows the lack of urgencytowards the EV community. They've lost a customer on my end and a ton of referrals as I'm in the customer satisfaction industrywith a large audience reach. You will never ever ever get another cent from us again. Manager and employees were extremely rude and apparently don't... understand you are to go above and beyond for the customer because they are your business. We did a door dash and part of theorder was missing and they refused to refund it. I didn't want a new item made again especially after being called a liarbasically. Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a chicken sandwich here thinking it may be close to a Chic Fil A chicken sandwich. After all,... Royal Farms advertises their chicken as "World's Famous!" My sandwich should have been called the chicken skin and grizzlesandwich. Very little chicken meat and the meat that was in it was chewy! Yuck! I want to start by saying I live right around the corner from this royal farms and it is very convenient to go there. I got... there for gas and cigs 90% of the time. The is one cashier in there that is the rudest slowest no customer service havingperson. I refuse to let her wait on me because it takes her forever to get to register get my cigs or ring up the transaction. With that being said I went in there the other night to get something and she was working and I asked the guy to wait on me. Hegot my cigs and then this rude cashier says ?they can?t ring you up they are not old enough?. Both workers walk aaay and I?mleft with her so I walk out and go to another ROFO. Today I go in there and one of my fav cashiers tells me that the one younglady is not old enough but the gentlemen is and he could of rang me up. Well there it goes.
