The customer service at this location has declined and the wait time has doubled. It took 25 mins to get a coffee through the... drive through. The barista Shea was rude and basically tossed my pastries into my lap refusing to make eye contact because shewas on her phone. This store constantly is running out of products like pumpkin syrup and various pastries. This store needs anew manager and dedicated employees who care about their customers. Read more
I went in store to order because the drive thru line was long. Waited almost twenty minutes before I approached the cashier to... ask where my two coffees (americano and shaken espresso) were and they told me they didn?t even have my order in their queueyet, blamed Memorial Day weekend. It appeared like they were prioritizing drive through over in store and either way, they hadto have lost my order after I paid. Instead of offering to make my drink right then and there they said I could have a refund.Which I took and left. Stay away. Read more
We needed coffee travelers twice a day for two weeks and this location went out of their way to accommodate our need! They were... always ready at the time we requested. Staff was always pleasant and efficient! They were wonderful throughout the entire event. Read more
a nice starbucks! the workers get along great and the atmosphere is so nice i love just sitting here and reading, the workers... are also super super friendly if you just treat them with basic human respect which obviously some people lack when interactingwith the baristas! overall it?s an amazing energy if your just a patient and decent person :)!! Very friendly but the pour over took 20 minutes. Longest I've ever wanted for one. Ahh, well, when you need that dark roast.
Ok, im here far to often. Almost daily. The people who work there are always very friendly and a pleasure to talk to even just... for a few seconds while ordering. They however are usually out of something, or I get charged differently for the same thing. (Itypically order the same drink every time, im basic lol) some days it's one price. This Starbucks was fairly new at the time of this review. It didn't show up in the Starbucks app. It is very nice inside and... spacious. Plenty of seating available. The staff was extremely friendly. This Starbucks is off to a great start. Read more
I don?t know what it is about this place but every single time I go in, they make my drink wrong somehow. I say everything I... want to the cashier and it somehow always comes out wrong. It feels like nobody was properly trained on making the drinks orsomething, and coming from a partner this is just extremely frustrating, and annoying.
