i always come here on break because i work in the same shopping center. i always order a vanilla caffe frap and i had ordered... one today and it was terrible it did not taste the same whats so ever and i asked for extra whip cream and they gave me less?not cool. Read more

Took a very very long time to get drinks. Saw people who ordered in line after me get drinks before me. My drink was not... correct and when I told them, the started to fix it then stopped and did 2 other drinks before finishing. It's been a long timesince I have waited 40mins for coffee!! Terribly slow. 26 minutes to get egg bites and 2 drinks. One drink was not correct and one set of egg bites was over cooked... (brown), which I have never seen at any Starbucks. Multiple people asked to cancel orders and get refunded while we waited. Read more
