I was at your place on birney ave getting myself a coffee today I usually get a regular coffee made like a cookie cold brew... because I can't have anything but decaf I was trying to explain to the manager who was on who was very rude to me she went on tosay well I'm the manager here and I can tell you they don't alow it when I've had other employees make it for me I know aboutmanagers my husband is a manager at his work place and he would never treat an employee like l me and my mom got treated todayanyways there's certain ppl who can not have anything but decaf there should be a version for them aswell i won't be coming backinto ur place I come there almost every day maybe next time try treating ppl with respect Read more

Ordered a coffee with milk and a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. My coffee was luke warm at first sip and my sandwich wasn't... even warm enough to melt the cheese. The English muffin was supposed to be toasted and perhaps it was but didn't look like itwas. The only positive was that it was done fast which is probably also why it was so bad. Really miss the old doughnut selection. Has become very limited and not nearly as good as they were years ago. The dunkin on Birney Ave made us wait in the driveway for 15 mins for bagel bites and a sandwich. Once we got the food it wasn't... cooked and the order was wrong. Then when we call up there they laughed. I will be contacting corporate offices ! They foolaround to much. Read more
Really frustrated with this Dunkin? right now! Two weeks in a row, my toddler and I have gone to get a coffee and a donut and... they have been completely out of donuts?before noon! Even today, I ordered on the app in advance and added a vanilla sprinkleddonut, only to get there and have them tell me they?re our. I'm not a big dunken guy but the food here was pretty good. I love there beagles and creme cheese. Also the staff is very... friendly and helpful and very polite. I love going here because they are amazing. The prices are good except the drinks. Also Ilove there hot chocolate, it's perfect for a cold winter day. I'll go back again just because the staff and even when it's busythey are so good the line moves very fast. Read more
