If I can give zero stars I would. This is the worst place to order Pizza. Dominos has always being our preferred choice however... we decided to try something different for my daughter birthday. I went to the store to order Pizza Friday at 6pm to be pickedup Saturday at 1pm. The customer service guy told me they could not take an order from someone like me at that time and Ishould come back at 8pm as he will prefer to take care of others superior than me. I asked why should I come back to order Pizzawhen I have been in line waiting for my turn. He then rudely took my order and intentionally scheduled pick up for Sundayinstead of Saturday. I knew right away because I was African American and he preferred for a black woman not to order pizza. Hestated is because of who you are. The next day my husband went to pick up the Pizza to be told is for Sunday. They almost ruinedmy little girls birthday party as my husband had to wait for two hours go get the Pizza ready. They just did not want us to buythe Pizza due to our race. This Papa jones has very poor customer service, descriminate with racial intention . We will befilling a complaint with Papa jones corporate for unfair treatment and discrimination with a racial intent. Beware people ofcolor avoid this papa johns Pizza. Manager is rude and blamed call center for no notes on What to bring customer. Then call forwarded all calls from me when I... called her on the notes. We live in Temecula and used to order from the Temecula location, however, the quality of the pizza there was very inconsistent.... We've been ordering from the Murrieta location now for the last few months and the quality and consistency here has been muchbetter. We will continue to support this location even though it is a bit farther. Read more

This is just unacceptable! We asked for a pineapple and olive pizza and a box of garlic bread, and while at home eating the... pizza, we saw that they did half olives and pineapple and the rest just plain cheese. Not to mention that the the garlic breaddidn?t have any garlic in it! Read more

This place is wonderful! I've had nothing but good service and great food from this location. There is never a long line and I... always get my food hot and fresh. If you're looking for a great place to catch a bite or dinner papa johns is the place for you.The staff is friendly and attentive. Read more

They delivered my pizza all jacked up! I would not recommend this location!

We recently purchased a new home in the area. We saw an ad for Papa John's pizza and decided to try their pizza. We ordered 3... medium pizzas. One Philly Steak and two triple toppings pizzas. We were very disappointed. The Philly Steak had a few piecesof meat and the Pepperoni should of had 3 toppings of all Pepperoni, however, they only had 1 topping, it was very obvious. Itappears that they were trying to save money on the food cost, but they lost a customer forever! . Read more

Taste is good but this is the XTRA Large pizza they are marketing online? Um..... not even the size of costcos.
