Although the food was the typical Cane's fare (which is not a dog, my kids love their chicken fingers), what impressed me so... much, especially during our last drive through experience, is how courteous and friendly the service is. If I was rating juston customer service alone, I would give this place 5-stars. I don't typically give 5-stars to fast food places, but after myvisit today, this particular Cane's location came close. Read more

Honestly food is not that good and over priced especially for French fries and chicken tender. The upper management team is... also is not great place for you to feel safe in work environment. I would definitely stay away from working here since theydon?t offer crew members a free meal especially when how wasteful they are when it come to their fries and chicken they dump outon daily basis. We used to like Raising Canes, but this experience was awful. The chicken fingers were tiny, a lot smaller than they used to... be. I will not be returning. Its a ripoff now and they are totally screwing people giving them tiny chicken fingers forpractically $2 each. Read more

I would easily give them 5 stars but I can because they are not a family friendly restaurant they don't have a meal for a family... of 5 or more that includes at least fries. However they are the King of Ala carte. Read more

I love canes but this location has disappointed me multiple times I just went and ordered 1 box combo with an extra canes toast... I received 8 tenders cold fries no coleslaw and barely any canes sauce I also asked at the window if my order was correctbecause this has happened multiple times where I?ve either not received half my order and have not been able to get through tocanes to get it fixed or like today someone else?s orderI can only hope it?s because they?re still fairly new Update I calledcanes to try and get my order fixed because the food I received was horrible quality they told me to come back and pick up mycorrect order so I did I was very happy at first with how the management handle the situation they seemed to care however when Igot to the window the girl at the pick up window was extremely rude then another girl came to give me my order and I was told Icouldn?t have it without my old food in hand or a receipt except when I called I was never informed of this otherwise I wouldhave brought my food back as well as I never got a receipt for my first order and I informed the girl who was giving me my foodof this and I was told well I need a receipt to give this to you and again I told her I was never given a receipt she gave methe food anyway and told me next time they wouldn?t give it to me without if that?s the case then they need to make sure to givea receipt to every person otherwise it is completely unfair to ask for one because I have never received a receipt oh and when Ichecked my food was still wrong ???? no coleslaw even though I specifically asked for it so disappointing I now have threemeals that are wrong I thank the manager who talked to me on the phone though because they are the only person who actuallycared about the situation Read more
