It's very disorganized i literally had to wait 20 minutes for a hot n ready pizza also they have poor customer service

Worst service ever and I blame it on ownership. Multiple times pizza isn't ready at expected time. Ownership needs to address... proper staffing and not putting their shirt staffed employees in a bad situation! Read more

2nd time that I have received an under cooked pizza. I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and both of them were under... cooked. That dough in the photo has no structure or rise. Also, I recommend over estimating the wait time instead of tellingcustomers sooner then having them wait. I'm still waiting to speak with someone over the phone to let them know to add anotherminute on their impinger ovens, but alas wasting another 10 m minutes of my time. Read more

Order a hot n' ready and didn't realize till I got him that it was very dry and stale. I would assume that they would change out... the pizza every 30mins if it just sits there. I only live 5 mins from this place too and never had this expereice going to theone main st. I don't think I'll come back here. *update* Spoke to Nelly over the phone and she offered to exchange my pizza. Read more
