*update Ordered again today, specifically asked about the 2 topping large for carryout for $7.99. Ordered regular crust, they... made paper thin crust.... How hard is it to make a pizza to order? Simply pepperoni and black olives.?????????????? ________ I really hate the call center aspect of ordering through Papa John's. I am sure it is to help orderaccuracy as someone in a cubicle can hear you better than someone in a busy pizza kitchen. But, when they go over the specialsand the best deal for 1 large 1 topping pizza was $8.99 so I order a pepperoni. Vs a large 2 topping was $17.99. Some blackolives are not worth the $9 difference. First thing I see when I walk into the store is the sign I posted the picture of. So $1less and an additional topping, sounds like a much better deal. Large 2 topping pizza for $7.99. That's only a $10 differencefrom what the call center said. They gave me the lower price but still missed out on a topping, not a big deal just would bebetter for the call center to know the store specials. Also when I call a specific number for a certain location, I shouldn'thave to answer 20 questions. The delay for accuracy is not desirable. Do I order again through the call center? Or do I justgo to a different pizza place? I'd rather not go to the store to order and wait however long for the food? No thanks Read more
A solid Papa Johns location. I'll order online and the order will often be ready by the time I arrive ten to fifteen minutes... later. The pizza is consistently delicious. Read more
First time in 15 years since I ordered Papa John's. I must say I was very impressed. The pizza quality has changed. The dough... was very tasty and the sauce was flavorful. I really enjoyed my experience and will be ordering again. I ordered 4 differenttypes ot pizzas which all came very hott and fresh. Very satisfied with my experience. Well done Papa Johns. Read more
Placed an order for 2 pepperoni pizza but as soon as I hung up called back to change on of my topping.. I was placed on hold to... find out I was calling a call center. she transferred me to the store and it literally rang 20 times.. I came to the store toinformed the that nobody was picking up the calls!! And she said ?oh I was super busy and couldn?t pick up the call????????????? I was like well I?m confused why would you be busy with orders when you have a call center!! Ridiculous!! Read more
Called papa John?s at 8:35pm and was trying to place my order for 1 large pepperoni pizza quickly but since papa John?s asks a... million questions before being able to officially place the order. The time turned to 8:40 and they said they were closed nowand can only do delivery orders. I told that I called at 8:35 and they said nope sorry can?t place the order. Worst pizza placeever. When I choose to pay over 10 dollars for delivery and store is only few minutes away by car, I expect it to arrive hot. However,... it came really wet and cold today and it is impossible unless driver is devouring for unknown reason. Yes it came 20 minuteslate as well. Read more
