A local fast fresh iteration of the traditional Pho restaurant. The ratings are for this restaurant not as a comparison to pho... restaurants in general. The food came out fast, and the beer was cold. While the flavor profile and the broths were great, Ifelt that the offerings were noodle heavy and meat light, as well as not having enough vegetables to provide the full sort offlavor profile you need. If you are eating in you do not need to order the extra sauces, cuz they are sitting there on thetables. Read more

Loved this Place at first. Pros- who does not love rice noodles and crispy rolls!? fresh food mostly, nice choices of bowls and... grilled. Plenty of seating and leaning to. Cons- no Parking, the online ordering gets turned off at 815-830 even though they areopen until 9pm. Online has different items than in store digital ordering station and workers cannot explain. Same closer dudeusually and he is not that friendly. Online ordering was turned off early again but I actually managed to get a parking spaceout front- went in and he said he had to start closing so he turns off online ordering way before closing. But then I wanted anonline item that was not on digital ordering tablet and he was flustered when I brought this up- again- this really needs to befixed. The digital tablet in store should match the online menu exactly- it doesnt- not the mean dudes fault. However, I orderedwhat they say is the most popular 'special' noodles with grilled pork and crispy roll not onstore tablet but shown online andthe egg roll had to be hours old!!! Come on Sprig and Sprout- fresh is the name of your game Read more

I?ve been patronizing your establishment since you opened but the last couple times I?ve ordered it hasn?t been amazing. I... haven?t said anything because of the circumstances of the world, but today is insulting. My sandwich is all daikon & carrotswith a tiny piece of meat in it. The soup has a very small amount of noodles a touch of cilantro, the raw beef and nothing else.I think green onion is pretty important to Pho. I believe that you could do what other businesses have done, which is raisetheir price and keep the same portion size or adjust the price, and be honest about what you were no longer putting in. I?m sadthat one of my go to places has dropped the ball this hard but I can?t spend my money on a daikon & carrot sandwich. I wish youthe best of luck in finding your way back. Read more

This is a small, bare bones storefront in DC?s Glover Park that turns out some very good Vietnamese food. Prices are very... affordable and counter service is pleasant. My review would be 5-star in the budget category, but for a small bit of moldedplastic (perhaps from a utensil?) that turned up in one of our egg rolls. The order was quickly and kindly replaced, and myguess is that this was an unfortunate one-off. The rest of our order was tasty and satisfying. Our combination chicken and porkegg rolls could make me into an egg roll fan? a truly delicious filling with your choice of dipping sauce (peanut is terrific).A noodle bowl with five-spice pork was very good (five-spice pork was excellent, rest of the bowl was good) and the banh mi wasdistinguished by an exceptional baguette and very fresh fillings. Look forward to trying the shrimp summer rolls (unavailablewhen we visited) and the pho on another occasion. Read more

A Glover Park staple. One of our favorite places to grab Pho and a bunch of other delicious options. Try the vegan pho made with... burdock broth and black pepper tofu! Read more
