Whoever answered the phone tonight after i stood outside waiting for my delivery for 20 mins, all he did was argue with me about... why i didn?t have the app and call the driver?.INSTEAD OF FIGURING OUT HOW I WAS GETTING MY FOOD? ya know- A SOLUTION!! Very pleasant young ladies working there and made the pizza perfectly and fast. My nephew's loved it!
Will be speaking with corporate I went in today the cashier is handling food without washing his hands. I asked for my order to... be cancelled they refused. The manager or another staff member was yelling at a woman who came to check in her order. They were fast. Perhaps i ordered the wrong pizza. Hand tossed. No actual crust and so soaked in oil i just ended up tossing... it out. Went to another local pizza place which was very Good. I tried dominos once. And my last time. Truly disgusting. Read more
Horrible service. Waited an hour for my food to be delivered and it never came. Called and came to the store and they insisted... that I was lying. Even offered to prove that no driver ever called to confirm an address. Hostile workers that clearly need tobe re-evaluated. This Dominos had a great deal on pizza, but the experience was poor. I came in because my order was done on the tracker and it... was a pick up order. The staff saw me and didn't greet me, it seemed like they purposely looked away. This lasted about 3minutes. Once greeted I told them I was there for a prepaid pick up to which the employee said "oh" and then walked away foranother minute. When he came back he told me my order wasn't done and that I needed to wait a while. I assumed this must be justa couple minutes as I came in soon as the order was completed on the app. I waited 10 minutes. I understand this was a largeorder of 4 pizzas, but this was why I had ordered it for that specific time. It was for my son's birthday and I was almost latebecause getting pizza took nearly an extra 15 minutes. Again, the price was great, I'm sure I would've spent much more money atthe competitors and I can't be upset about that. It was the service was much worse than it used to be. Read more
