Usually i go to get my morning coffee at this dunkins, but I stopped recently stopped because going to this one in the morning... because the customer service is bad. The workers seem rude, they give me my coffee and doneven say anything to me like "haveday" or anything. My coffee always taste off like they dont make it right. Recently I started going at night to get my coffeeand one person stood out to me is someone named karina. shes always happy and greets me when i see her, she makes my coffeeperfect everytime and just seems like she knows how to do her job. Three females at the drive-thru working, no good morning, no how can I help you, nothing. Other male employee was behind the... counter wearing a black hoodie with his hood over his face. I had a very large order with more than three drinks and they didn'teven bother to put my cups in a cup holder. Terrible customer service. Please re-train these individuals. I work for doordashand don't have time for the rudeness and slower times. it seems as though employees are not being trained in customer service orhow to communicate anymore. That will be my last stop there. Dunkin' corporate needs to take a look into this one for sure.
