This location has poor customer service. I?m staying in the hotel around the corner and came in and patiently waited for 4 guys... to finish purchasing. When my turn came, the young man behind the counter was not friendly and did not follow instructions of mysubstitution. He didn?t even say my total and we sat in silence until I figured it was time to pay. When I told him my drink waswrong, he remade it but gave the messed up drink to the guys that ordered before me along with another free drink. I feel he didthat on purpose because they were friends.If anyone should have asked if they wanted a free drink it should have been me. Heonly gave to the guys because they were friends. This area is very prejudice and it?s sad for those visiting because they arevery rude and a getaway from TX back to my home state has been horrible and this place is included in my 6 day bad experiencelist when it comes to customer service. Bad customer service. The people were very rude to me. The guy didn?t greet me, didn?t even acknowledge my existence as i said... thank you have a nice day. Drink was chunky and still had powder in it. i ordered a drink that has no fruit but somehow therewas fruit chunks in it. overall worst experience i?ve had at jamba. Read more

Yes the smoothie me and my brother got were good, however getting them was a huge hassle. We walked into the store and I ordered... a smoothie with whey. I have this thing that gives me half off because it's a school discount. So I showed him the card, andlast time it was a piece of cake, we were in and out in 5 minutes. This time he acknowledged the card and put the order on thesystem which shows the customer the order total. I saw it still said 7 dollars. So I said you put the discount right? He saidya, so I was thinking it just wasn't showing. Then I got the receipt and it said 7 dollars. I said I didn't see the discount,and he looked at me like what are you talking about. I said it should be half off, he was oblivious, so then his co-worker cameover and said we can give you a refund and then recharge you. So I said that's fine, but he didn't know how so their managercame over and did it without saying a word and then he finally put the discount in. So I gave him my gift card again and heswiped it, when he knows there's no swipe because he already charged it! He then proceeded to say that'll be $3.50 asking for apayment method. When the fricken gift card was in his hand! Then my brother ordered because we were paying separate. He alsomade sure the half off was on there and the dude said ya. But when we got the receipt it was 10% off. At that point I was soflippen mad because the dude was so clueless. The girl seemed apologetic, and she even seemed to be like oh my gosh what is hedoing. So then she just gave us a free small drink which wasn't even technically free, because the price he charged matched thedrink plus a small if it were half off. So at that point I was just so frustrated, and finally we got are drinks and left. Andas we were leaving I noticed they didn't even put whey in my drink and I didn't want to go back just because I knew somethingwas gonna go wrong. Read more

This location was not crowded at all on a Sunday. Outdoor seating is offered but there is only one table inside.
Everyone here was very nice and the shake was very good
